Snack for Silly: Banana Boats!

Baby Food: Rolled Oats, Carrot, and Zucchini puree.

Today was a particularly easy day for the cook. Leftovers for lunch and pizza delivery for dinner. Honestly, the kitchen was still recovering from yesterday so I decided to take it easy for dinner tonight. Morning snack went over well. Silly practically licked the plate. Afternoon snack is another variation of the graham cracker, sunflower seed butter, banana combo. I call them "banana boats" and Silly loves them.

Valentine is a champ eater as always.  The oatmeal in the puree gave it more texture than Valentine is used to, but he didn't seem to mind. It appears that we've got a great eater in him. Silly was the worst with first solids. She barely touched real food before she was a year old, and she'd have nothing to do with my homemade baby food, so this is a welcomed difference in our children!

Well, since I jumped the gun on "Pizza Night" I'll be cooking dinner tomorrow night. Until then!
